Upgrade of Nyiwo of Gegu-Beki to First Class Status: Architect Muhammed Usman Hails Gov. Bello’s Sterling Leadership Quality
Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello has been commended for upgrading the stool of the Nyiwo of Gegu-Beki, Alhaji Muhammed Abba Alhassan to a First Class Status.
An illustrious son of the Area, Architect Muhammed Usman, gave the commendation in an interview with Intelligence News Correspondent at a reception organized in honour of the Nyiwo of Gegu-Beki in the Area.
Architect Usman said the upgrading of the stool of the traditional ruler was historic, noting that the people of the Area have been expectant of such honor.
While praising Governor Bello for holding traditional Institutions in the State with high esteem, he prayed Allah to grant the Nyiwo of Gegu-Beki a successful reign.
“This is historic for us because it is something we have been expecting for a very long time and we are really happy it has come to pass
“The upgrade of the stool of the Nyiwo of Gegu-Beki to a first Class Status by His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello – the Executive Governor of Kogi State, is something we are really grateful for and it is our prayer that Almighty Allah will continue to guide the Governor for us
“The Nyiwo of Gegu-Beki is someone that is lovable and he is also loved by all, he’s very humble and he’s not the partial type
“I am so sure that as he continues to reign, he will take everybody along in the scheme of things in this Kingdom and I wish him a successful and prosperous reign” he said.
Architect Muhammed Usman also prayed God to bless everyone who contributed towards the upgrading of the stool of the Nyiwo of Gegu-Beki to a first Class Status, calling on the people to remain supportive of the traditional ruler and remain law abiding.
