
The Ohi of Okene, (HRH), Alhaji Isah Mamman Okatahi, says insecurity, which has become the major challenge facing Nigerians will be laid to rest if Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello of Kogi State is given opportunity to serve as Nigeria’s President come 2023.
In an interview with Newsmen, Alhaji Mamman said following the antecedents of the Governor at tackling security issues in Kogi State since his assumption of Office, Nigerians will smile again with Governor Bello spare heading the Country’s affair.
The traditional ruler pointed out that Kogi used to be a hub of insecurity, explaining that the Governor in his proactive manner has been able to change the old narratives for good as the State is now ranked safest in the Country.
“Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello is a workaholic and energetic leader who will not rest on his oars until he pin down perpetrators of crimes nationwide
“Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello has a way of handling security related issues and that has singled him out from his colleagues
“Kogi is bordered with several States and the State is supposed to be a hub for perpetrators of evil acts but His Excellency disagreed with such in strong terms and today, Kogi State is a safe haven with the people sleeping with their two eyes closed
“If Governor Bello is given the opportunity to serve as Nigeria’s President, insecurity challenge will be laid to rest and people will go about their normal businesses
“With Governor Bello serving as President, insecurity will surely become a thing of the past in our Country” he said.
The Traditional Ruler said the mammoth crowd at the official declaration of the Governor‘s intention to contest for the 2023 Presidential Race was an attestation of his acceptance across the Country.

Alhaji Mamman noted that Governor Bello has accorded attention to youth and women involvement in politics, stressing that he will replicate same in the Country.
