Kogi State Auditor General, Yakubu Okala has called on Nigerians and the people of the State to accord their unwavering support to Governor Yahaya Bello’s Presidential aspiration.

Okala made the call when he received a delegation from Odu Ogbaloto Community led by their traditional ruler, Chief Ibrahim Omatiga who came to express gratitude to him for the provision of functional electrical propelled borehole to their Community.

He said Governor Bello has shown his capacity to provide good governance and unblemished leadership if elected Nigeria’s President come 2023, charging the people to sustain their support to him.

The State Auditor General predicted that Governor Yahaya Bello will emerge as the All Progressives Congress Presidential flag bearer and as well winsl the Presidential election, saying Kogi State and her citizens will enjoy maximally dividends of democracy.

”Our Ajaokuta Steel Company, dredging of the Rivers Niger and Benue, Various sea Ports and the general upliftment of the well-being of the citizens of Kogi State would be addressed head-on under the watch of Governor Yahaya Bello as President” he said.

Okala said the motorized borehole will mitigate the pains of children and Women in search of potable drinking water in the Community, calling on the people to take ownership of the borehole.

He intimated the visiting Odu Community delegation of the resolve of his principal and political leader, Alhaji Yahaya Bello to sink more borehole and as well, execute more laudable governmental Projects in every nooks and crannies of Dekina Communities.

The delegation Spokesman who doubles as Onu Odu, Alhaji Ibrahim Omatiga said that the visit was to appreciate the State Auditor General – Alhaji Yakubu Okala, for single handedly sponsoring the provision of a motorized borehole to Odu Community and other Communities in Dekina Local Government Area.

Alhaji Omatiga stressed that the borehole has reduced untold hardship/difficulty the locals used to encounter for safe drinking water.

The traditional ruler also showered encomiums on Governor Yahaya Bello for appointing an eminent son of their Community – Alhaji Yakubu Okala, describing him as a worthy fellow who is helping the citizens and influencing social amenities to the Area.

Alhaji Omatiga reiterated the readiness of the people to give Governor Yahaya Bello constant support to his aspiration of becoming the President of Nigeria come 2023.

Similarly, the Odu Ward One Chairman of the governing All Progressives Congress, Mallam Akuh Abdullah commended Governor Bello and his Aide, Alhaji Yakubu Okala for meeting the needs of the people.
