As the month of Ramadan comes to an end, which begins the celebration of Eid Fitri, The Kogi Central senatorial hopeful Alhaji Dalhatu sheriff has felicitated with the Muslim faithful on the occasion of Eid Fitri, lauding their dedication to the worship of Allah, and fulfilling one of the pillars of Islam.
Dalhatu who made the call, through a statement made available to newsmen in his Abuja residence, enjoined the Muslim brothers/sisters to ensure the practice and doctrine of the Holy month is transited and applied for self conduct as the holy month ends.
” I heartily congratulate my Muslim brothers/sisters on the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan, the holy month had indeed taught us a lot of lessons on the need for a drive in conformity with humanity and love for one another”
He further urges the people to pray for Nigeria, which is currently witnessing the worse in terms of insecurity, and economy, affirming his optimism about a better and prosperous Nigeria In the next dispensation.
” at a time like this, Nigeria needs prayer, to circumvent many of the challenges currently faced, which I am sure will be a thing of the past in a limited time “
