A leading 2023 Female Aspirant for Kogi State House of Assembly, Yagba West State Constituency, Yemisi Oshaloto Abidemi, has promised to prioritize the basic needs of the people of the Constituency if elected.
Yemisi made the promise while speaking with Journalists after being screened by the Committee set up by the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Party Secretariat, Lokoja.
She said service to humanity and making the lives of others better are part of her plans for the people, stressing that the Constituency will witness a dawn if she’s elected for the position.
“We lack good roads, most of our schools at the rural areas are gone and the Police Station in the Area too needs attention – that’s in the area of security, these are some of the basic amenities we will surely give attention to when we get there by the grace of God”
She appreciated Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for carrying women along in the scheme of things in the State, describing him as a leader of great repute who has birth leaders with good virtues across the State.
Yemisi Oshaloto called on youth and women to be resourceful, stressing that the task of ensuring a better society requires the contributions of all and sundry.
