….Set To Consolidate On His Revolutionary Strides In The Ninth Assembly

Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah has emerged as the Senate candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) for Anambra South Senatorial District of Anambra State.

Senator Ubah emerged unopposed at the Delegate election of the Party held on Sunday, 29th May 2022 at the Converge Hotel Nnewi, where the delegates gathered to affirm their total support to the aspiration of the Senator representing the zone for a second term to consolidate on his outstanding performances so far in the first term.

The Senator garnered 34 votes with one void vote to emerge the candidate of the party as the people were thrown into jubilation after the outcome of the peaceful Primary Election.

The Primaries was conducted by the officials from the headquarters of the party led by the National Secretary, Barrister Vidiyeno Baimaiyi and his team and witnessed by representatives from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

In his acceptance speech, Sen. Patrick Ubah pledged to consolidate on his performance so far in the Senate and assured Ndi Anambra South Senatorial District of better days ahead as a returning Senator.

In a related development, Hon. Peter Uzokwe who is the former President General of Ozubulu in Ekwusigo Local Government Area also emerged as the candidate of the party for the Nnewi North, Nnewi South and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency.
