Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was declared winner of the All Progressives Congress APC Presidential Primaries after polling 1,271 delegates votes to defeat other co-contestants, Rotimi Amaechi – 316, Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo – 235, Senate President, Ahmed Lawan – 152 votes, and Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello who had 47 votes, among others.
