The appointment of the Ohi of Okengwe-Ehi, (HRH) Ahmed Tijani Muhammed Anaje as the Amirul Hajj for the Kogi State 2022 Hajj has been approved by the State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello.

This was disclosed in a statement by the Executive Chairman, Kogi State Hajj Commission, Sheikh Luqman Imam Abdullahi on Thursday in Lokoja.

The Commission’s Chairman congratulated the Ohi of Okengwe-Ehi on his appointment and urged him to live up to expectations.

The statement explained that arrangements are on top gear for the Hajj operation, stressing that inoculation and distribution of materials have been concluded.

The Chairman appealed to all intending pilgrims to be patient as further directives will be given in due time.

His Royal Highness, Ahmed Tijani Muhammed Anaje is the Ohi of Okengwe-Ehi in Okene Local Government Area of Kogi State.
