The POLITICIAN OF THE YEAR AWARD bestowed on Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, has been described as well deserved.
The Chairman, Kogi State Chapter of the Mineral Resources and Environmental Management Committee (MIREMCO), Hajiya Hassiat Ozavize Suleiman, stated this in a Congratulatory message in Lokoja.
Hajiya Hassiat said Governor Bello has been exemplary in the discharge of his duties, describing him as one who is solely dedicated to seeing to the growth and progress of the rulling All Progressives Congress – APC.
She explained that the name, “Yahaya Bello” has become a household name across the length and breadth of Nigeria, pointing out that the Award was “placing a crown on whose head it fits”
Hajiya Suleiman congratulated Governor Yahaya Bello over the Award, calling on him to sustain his good efforts at all times.
The Kogi State MIREMCO Boss reassured the Governor of her continuous support to his administration in the Confluence State, praying for more of Allah’s strength, mercy and blessings upon the Governor.
The POLITICIAN OF THE YEAR Award was bestowed on Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello in Abuja on Tuesday by prominent Nigerian newspaper outfit, the Blueprint Newspaper, which cited the Governor‘s outstanding leadership qualities, decisive handling of the security situation in the State and active political participation over the years as reasons for the Award.
