Death has occurred of Hajiya Salamatu Aliyu, popularly known as Mama Ani Kara, a mother of Alhaji Abdulhameed Danjuma Gegu, former Senior Special Assistant to the Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State on Political Matters.
A statement by Alhaji Danjuma Gegu on behalf of the family, explained that the remains of Late “Mama Ani Kara” will be buried tomorrow, Wednesday 24th August, 2022 at her resident, Gegu Beki in Kogi local Government Area of Kogi State.
Stakeholders, community leaders, politicians from all walks of life have been paying tribute to the deceased residents in Gegu Beki, Kogi LGA.
Executive Chairman, Kogi State Civil Service Commission, Barr. Muhammed Tanko Musa Osuku, and Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr. Muhammed Abubakar Bashir Gegu were among hundreds of mourners who called to condole with Alhaji Abdulhameed Danjuma Gegu and the entire family over the passing of their mother, Late Hajiya Salamatu Aliyu.
Aged 93, Late Hajiya Salamatu Aliyu, died at late hours of Tuesday August 23rd, 2022 after a brief illness.
