It will interest you to know that Senator Smart Adeyemi is not a truant, as record shows that he is prompt and constant in attending plenary sittings, oversight functions and Committee meetings and he has made landmark achievements. No wonder Senator Smart Adeyemi won the “Best Senator of the year” in 2021.
From parliament diary, he has also been commended for his altruistic approach, patriotism, passion and sincerity of purpose in serving humanity by the Nigerian Labour Congress, Nigeria Union of Journalists, a popular human right radio and television station (Bereke) and Senate Press Corps for Sponsoring Bills that are targeted at the people, one of which is the Rental Regulation Bill.
