As the Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr. Abubakar Mohammed Bashir (Bashir Gegu) clocks 43, his colleague of the Culture and Tourism, Hon. Salifu Isah Idachaba, has joined thousands of others to celebrate with him on the occasion of his birth.
In a felicitation message in Lokoja, Hon. Idachaba commended the celebrant for his commitment to the present administration, noting that his ambassadorial role in Kogi West has been attracting others to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The State Culture and Tourism Commissioner praised Engr. Bashir Gegu for his commitment to serving the State and the people, calling on him to sustain his good gesture.
While wishing him well in the years ahead, Hon. Idachaba enjoined the people to emulate the loyalty of Engr. Bashir Gegu to the Governor Yahaya Bello led administration to enable them enjoy more dividends of democracy.
Born on the 18th of September, 1979, Engr. Abubakar Mohammed Bashir (Bashir Gegu) was appointed Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources by Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello in January 2020.
