Legislative assignment is a collective responsibility between the Constituents and their representative which involves information flow between the two parties. There must be Constant relationship and all inclusive participation of the Elites, the Students, the workers, the farmers, traders, the Youth, the Elderly, the Legislator, the Executives and the Judiciary.
