The Director General, Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, Kogi State Chapter, Pharmacist Abdulkareem Muhammed Jamiu Asuku, has visited the woman – MAMA IYABO, whose picture went viral during Tinubu/Shettima Campaign in Okene.
Pharm. Asuku, who doubles as the Chief of Staff to Kogi State Governor, was represented by the Chairman, Kogi Youth Development Commission, Mr. Lawal Ozomata James and the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Women and Grassroots Mobilization – Kogi Central, Hon. Favour Olajide.
While appreciating Mama Iyabo for her show of love, Pharm. Asuku said he was moved when he saw the passion and commitment displayed for the APC Presidential Candidate, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate, Kashim Shettima, Kogi Central Senatorial District Candidate, Engr. Abubakar Sadiq Ohere and other APC Candidates from Kogi Central.
“I appreciate and commend you Mama for the show of love and solidarity to our Party – APC
“It takes the sincere love of a mother to come out on a sunny day, bare footed to show such solidarity, I commend you once again, may Almighty Allah continue to keep you and grant you sound health” he said.
Mama Iyabo in her response appreciated the visit of the DG, Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, Kogi State Chapter and prayed for God’s guidance and blessing upon him and every supporters of the Party at all times.
“I thank you all for coming and I appreciate the message of love from my son, Asuku, May God Almighty bless him and all his heart desires shall be fulfilled”
She also prayed for a hitch-free election and affirmed that Engr. Abubakar Sadiq Ohere and other APC candidates will emerge winners in the 2023 elections.
“It is my prayers that Ohere and other Candidates of the party will win because I know if they win they will remember me, my people and my community
“If they can show me this kind of love which I didn’t expect, I know when they win the people of Ebiraland will be happy” Mama Iyabo noted.
Highlight of the visit was the donation of food items and cash to Mama Iyabo.
Meanwhile, the DG, Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, Kogi State Chapter also made contact with the Photographer that took the shot during the rally, Mr. Shehu Abubakar and set to meet and appreciate him for the good work done.
