…advocates Female Gender inclusiveness and Protection

As the world celebrate this year’s International Day for the Girl-child, the President/Founder of Sister-to-Sister Empowerment Worldwide,
Dr. Mary Alile, has advocates for female gender inclusiveness and protection Worldwide.
In a message commemorating the Day by the Capacity Media of the Sister-to-Sister Empowerment Worldwide, the President extols the African Girl-child for their resilient at making differences in their various fields endeavour against all odds.
She decried that the Girl-child has continued to face various challenges that ordinary should not be, calling for change of mentality in the society to enable the girl-child compete favorably.
Mrs. Alile draws the attention of political office holders, well-to-do individuals, parents, Institutions, Government parastatals and other concerned bodies to recognize the innate abilities and strength of the girl child in every facets of the World and engage them in various assignment, expressing optimism that they can deliver the needed results.
The Philanthropist cum Politician also advocated the need to create safe haven and inclusive participation for the females, particularly the girl child in national development.
“It’s no doubt that the Girl-Child has continue to face unprecedented challenges starting from their homes, education, physical and mental wellbeing, etc
“Today in our society, the girl child lacks the protection needed for a life without violence
“All we are asking for is that such narratives should be changed for the good of all and for the betterment of our Communities, Local Government, State, Country and the World at large”

She noted that deliberate plans and programs must be put in place at ensuring better life for the Girl-child and also called for more enforcement of laws in existence that protects the females from molestation, abuse and others.
“During the 6th Anniversary of my pet project – the Sister-to-Sister Empowerment Worldwide, I launched the “Girl-Child Foundation” in order to create avenues for both human and capital development for the girl child
“The benefits also ranges from acquisition of skills, talent hunting and empowerment for the girl child. This is what our society needs, the girl-child needs to be accorded adequate attention” Dr. Mary expressed.
The President/Founder of the Sister-to-Sister Empowerment Worldwide noted that the need for the Girl-Child to be self-reliance cannot be overemphasized, stressing that such will help them to surmount social milieu and neglect in the society.
While extolling the qualities of the girl child, Dr. Mrs. Mary equally noted that every peaceful nation begins with the girl child ( i.e aspiring mothers) and admonished the girl child to leave up to expectations in the society.
“This is a reminder to all African girl child, WHENEVER YOU FEEL OVERWHELMED; ALWAYS REMEMBER WHOSE DAUGHTER YOU ARE AND STRAIGHTEN YOUR CROWN” she added.
The International Day of the Girl-Child is usually celebrated on the 11th of October each year and it’s aimed to empower all girls across the world to live freely from harm with the UNICEF announcing the 2022 theme as: “Our Time Is Now – Our Right, Our Future”.
