Spirited individuals and Organisations in the Country have been charged to always help those in need to enable them obtain the mercy of Allah.
The National Coordinator, Kogi and Kwara for Federation of Muslim Women Association of Nigerian (FOMWAN), Hajia Aisha Mohammed gave the charge when she led Kogi members to distribute food items and condiments to flood victims in the State.

Hajia Aisha said helping those in need is giving back to the society, noting that it would help strengthen the Nation.
She advised other Organisations and well-to-do individuals to contribute their quota in order to reduce the hardship faced by those affected by the 2022 flood in the State.
Kogi State Amirah of FOMWAN, Hajia Saratu Lami Lawan said the gesture was part of the directives from the national body to help alleviate the pains of flood victims Nationwide.
Hajiya Saratu said the directive was that the palliative should be share across board for both muslims and non Muslims to strengthen the bond of unity among Nigerians.
Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Malama Fatima Sanni expressed appreciation to FOMWAN for the food items saying that it will go a long way at alleviating their sufferings and prayed Allah to reward FOMWAN.
About three hundred people benefited from the FOMWAN palliative.
