Parents have been called upon to train up their children in the fear of the Lord for a better society.
Pst. Sam Ignatius of the Mountain Top Assembly, made the call during the Dedication of Baby CHIZARAM TESTIMONY DEBORAH ELIJAH, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emmanuel Elijah Jennifer at the Mountain Top Assembly, no. 6 Meyers, Green Roof, El-Rufai Estate, Kuje, Abuja.

Pst. Ignatus decried that some youths today are failing the society in the manner they indulge in illegal activities, tracing such to the negligence of parents.
The Clergyman called on parents to be committed to serving God to enable their children learn from them, saying that when they are trained in the ways of the Lord from tender age, they will continue in such when they grow up.
“Life is a Journey, How it begins, progress and Ends Matters a lot
“Man must always worship something so when you have a child, a call for greater responsibility arises because you must channel them to worship
“This is why it is very important you stay committed to the service of God as parents because the children you give birth to are watching and they are learning very fast
“Dedicating your children to God is highly spiritual and it is scriptural as well, so Mr. and Mrs. Emmanuel Elijah, I say congratulations to you both once again”
He however called on men to continue to live up to their responsibilities as the head of the family, stressing that fatherhood is a task.
Pastor Sam also advised couples to continue to make God’s word their guiding principle at times, and urged them not to give room for third party interference in their home.
On their part, Mr. and Mrs. Emmanuel Elijah Jennifer appreciated God for giving them another fruit of the womb, describing such as a rare privilege.

Mrs. Elijah Jennifer who narrated her ordeals during the pregnancy period, heep praises on God for seeing her through the challenging process and also appreciated the Pastor and his wife for their continuous prayers and words of encouragement.

The mother of the new born baby who could not hold back her joy, sang songs of appreciation to God as the congregation were overwhelmed by the atmosphere created during the session of her praises.
Mrs. Emmanuel Elijah Jennifer described her husband as a pillar of support through all the thick and thin and prayed for more of God’s blessings upon him at all times.
The Dedication of Baby CHIZARAM TESTIMONY DEBORAH ELIJAH was celebrated amidst funfair as friends, family members, Market women, church members, among others, trooped to the venue of the event.
