Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello have been commended for his efforts at executing life transforming projects in the State.
The Ohi of Okengwe-Ehi, HRH Ahmed Tijani Muhammed Anaje, gave the commendation in a chat with a Correspondent of the Intelligence News after President Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to the State to Commission some legacy projects of the present administration in the State.

He said the Governor has executed long lasting projects that the people of Kogi State, those outside the State and outside the shores of the Country will benefit from, describing Governor Bello as one with an unquenchable thirst for the progress and development of the Confluence State.
The Ohi of Okengwe-Ehi congratulated the people of the State over the projects delivered to them, stressing that the people are the first beneficiary of the legacy projects.
The traditional ruler also enjoined the people to take ownership of the projects.

On Thursday, Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari visited Kogi State on a working visit to Commission some legacy projects executed by the Governor Yahaya Bello led administration in the State.
The projects Commissioned by the President include:
A. The Reference Hospital Okene, which boasts of the first ever hyperbaric treatment chamber in Nigeria and the fleet of ambulances attached to it;
B. The new Ohinoyi’s Palace at Okene;
C. The Ganaja Junction Flyover and interchange at Lokoja;
D. The GYB Model Science Secondary School, Adankolo, Lokoja;
E. The Muhammadu Buhari Square (Civic Centre) at Lokoja; and
F. A fleet of high – tech security vehicles to combat crimes and criminalities.
