NYCN Yagba-East Set to Commence 3rd CBT JAMB Coaching

As part of efforts at contributing to the development of education at the grassroots, the Yagba-East Chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria – NYCN, is set to commence the 3rd Edition of Computer Based Test (CBT) Coaching for candidates of the 2023 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Coaching in Yagba-East Local Government Area of Kogi State.


The 3rd CBT JAMB Coaching will commence on Wednesday, 15th March 2023 from Isanlu Centre at the Modern Computer Centre of Oluyori Comprehensive High School, Isanlu.

A Statement jointly signed by the Yagba-East Coordinator of NYCN – Comrade Abdurazaq Olusegun Abdulkadir and the Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Comrade Ken Femi Ayodele, explained that the four week intensive CBT JAMB Coaching exercise will also take place at other centres of Ejuku, Ponyan, Ife-Olukotun while Mobile Coaching shall continue afterwards across Yagba East LGA of Kogi State.


The Mobile Coaching – they explained implies the movement of mobile INSTRUCTORS that would Coach beneficiaries going round the Rural Communities using the laptop to teach them.

Comr. Abdulkadir expressed gratitude to the State Governor, Yahaya Adoza Bello for the unprecedented support NYCN has been enjoying from the inception of his administration.

He explained that such culminate into the capacity with which the Council could save from it’s monthly subvention to carryout projects and programs of immense value to the society as witnessed in the last few years.

The Coordinator showered encomium on his Team and the leadership of the Council at the State level for their support towards the actualization of the exercise from the inception to the third edition, saying that beneficiaries of the previous editions did well in their examination in view of the adequate preparation offered by NYCN.

He appreciated the Special Adviser on Youth and Student Affairs to the Governor, Hon. Ahmadu Jibril Oludare, for his unflinching support to the youth activities and the State Commissioner of Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones, for endorsing the Project.

Comr. Abdulrazaq also praised the Commissioner for honouring him with the School Mentorship Ambassador, promising to live up to expectations in his ambassadorial role.

He promised on behalf of his Excos and the entire youth of Yagba East to continue to support the government and compliment her laudable projects in the interest of the youth and the society at large.

Comr. Abdulrazaq called on appointees and elected officials of the government to support the Council in it’s efforts to sustain the Project, and other programs aimed at building the Youth and the Nation in general.
