“Ramadan has Come and Gone, Keep the Lessons Learnt Alive” – Ahmed Tijani Muhammed Anaje

Muslim ummah have been advised to be doers of the various lessons learnt during the just concluded 2023 Ramadan to enable them enjoy the blessings of Allah in fullness.

 

The Patron, Council of Ulama’u of Nigeria – Kogi Central Chapter, HRH Ahmed Tijani Muhammed Anaje, gave the advice in a Statement by his Media Secretary, Peter Aliyu.

Ahmed Anaje, who is the Ohi of Okengwe-Ehi and Vice Chairman, Ebira Area Traditional Council, congratulated Muslims on the successful completion of the days long spiritual exercise that afforded Muslims opportunity to draw closer to Allah in Prayers, studying of the holy Qur’an, giving arms, among others.

He noted that Islamic Scholars took their time to teach the people various lessons during the season, saying that it will be more rewarding to keep to the lessons learnt and begin to do them than just hearing alone.

“I want to congratulate all Muslims on the successful completion of the Ramadan and of course, the successful celebration of Eid El Fitr

“Every true Muslim feels joy at participating in the Ramadan fast, which is a key obligation in Islam. May Almighty Allah reward us for the spiritual voyage and grant our earnest wishes for ourselves, families and our dear Country – Nigeria (Amen)

“My advice is for us to remain dedicated to Allah just as we have done during the Ramadan Season

“We learnt a lot of lessons, different scholars took their time to come up with topics that will shapen our relationship, society, work place, and our Conducts for good. Please, do not deviate from them, they are things we should be doing regularly not just during Ramadan alone

“Let us remain strong in our hope that Nigeria will become what we fervently want it to be: a Nation that fills her citizens with happiness and pride” he said.

The Ohi of Okengwe-Ehi Congratulated Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Adoza Bello, the Candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC for the November Governorship Election in the State, Ahmed Usman Ododo, Cabinet Members of GYB, Critical Stakeholders and the good people of Okengwe-Ehi on the occasion of the 2023 Eid El Fitr, and wish them all long life, sound health, more strength and zeal to continue to do the will of Allah here on earth.
