The Executive Chairman of Adavi Local Government of Kogi State, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami, has congratulated the Executive Governor of the State, His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello over his National Honour of the Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON).

In a statement he personally signed, the Chairman appreciated the Country’s immediate Past President, Muhammadu Buhari for his leadership Quality at conferring honors on deserving Nigerians, describing the honor done to Governor Bello as well deserved.

“I applaud His Excellency Muhammad Buhari for exemplifying democratic leadership by rewarding illustrious sons and daughters of the Country

 “The ICONIC National Honour of the Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) conferred on my Boss, Governor Yahaya Bello, came as a reward for hard work and exceptional leadership he has been displaying

“Your Excellency, you deserve the honor because, in both your private and public commitment, you have continued to demonstrate uncommon passion, zeal and patriotism required for the actualisation of the Nigeria project which has manifested in the encouragement of unity in diversity, Youth consciousness and involvement in governance, in religious and cultural tolerance, in gender balance, in moral revival and in both the fiscal and physical development of Kogi State          

“You have been a shining example of youthful drive and unwavering vigour in governance, showing relentlessly that with youth continued involvement in leadership, the future of our Nation is fully assured
