An indigene of Okene Local Government Area, Comr. Muhammed Ibrahim popularly called ALUTA GENERAL, has congratulated the All Progressives Congress – APC Candidate for the November 11th Governorship Election in Kogi State, Ahmed Usman Ododo on his Federal High Court Victory in Abuja.
In an interview with a Correspondent of the Intelligence News in Lokoja, the State Capital, ALUTA GENERAL said Ododo’s Court victory was a rehearsal of the big victory awaiting the Party in the November 2023 Governorship Election in the State.
He pointed out that the victory was commendable, stressing that Ododo remain a man to beat in task ahead.
“When it’s your time, even your enemy will rejoice with you because they won’t have choice than to celebrate with you
“With the victory of Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo as the duly elected Governorship Candidate of our great Party APC for the November Governorship Election in Kogi State, I conclude that God has simply shown us a sign of victory ahead and he will emerge as the next Governor of Kogi State by God’s grace” he said.
He expressed optimism that Ododo will govern the affairs of the State well when he takes over from Governor Yahaya Bello, explaining that the incumbent Governor is leaving lasting legacies behind that will serve as a bedrock for the incoming, Ododo.
Comr. Muhammed Ibrahim called on the people of the State to shun all tribal tendencies and support Ododo to enable him deliver the needed results in the State.
Recall that a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday 12th July 2023, dismissed a suit filed by an aspirant in the All Progressives Congress’ Governorship primaries in Kogi State, Senator Smart Adeyemi, against the emergence of the candidate of the party, Usman Ododo, saying it lacks merit.
