Governor Abdullahi Sule who announced the state readiness said it is in receipt of FederalGovernment palliatives to be disbursed in order to mitigate the impact of fuel subsidy removal in the country.
Governor Abdullahi Sule acknowledged this during a visit to the Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi at his residence in Lafia today.
He said that the people of Nasarawa State like other States of the Federation are waiting for the palliatives promised by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the nation’s broadcast to mitigate the impacts of the removal of fuel subsidy.
According to Sule, he was informed about Speaker’s ill health after his arrival from the United States of America, USA, noting that he was in his residence to wish him quick recovery.
“Good health, peace, unity and ease of life is what everybody want, I am happy to see that you have improved and recoporated, we thank God for that”

Gov. Sule acknowledged receipt of FederalGovernment intervention, revealing that the palliative will be rolled out the moment commissioner nominees are inaugurated next week to alleviate the sufferings posed by the removal of the fuel subsidy

“You just arrived yesterday and you visit me to sympathized with me, I cannot thank you enough, may God keep us together”
“I want to assured you that Hon. Members are with you, we will continue to support you to succeed and for the betterment of our people” the Speaker said.
Also at the Speaker residence, were the State All Progressives Congress, APC, Secretary Hon. Aliyu Bello and the State Accountant General Dr Musa Ahmed Muhammed were in the Speaker’s Lafia Residence to sympathized with him over his ill health.
It was reported that the Speaker was down heath in the past days but has tremendously improved and incorporated.
