It was a moment of tears of joy and an answer to the secret prayers of Mrs. Blessing Oyiare, a woman who just gave birth to her 3rd child but have been living in an uncompleted building in Iguevbiobo Community, Uhunmwonde Local Government Area of Edo State.

An International Non-Governmental Organization, Sister-To-Sister in Collaboration with her Grand Patron, Chief (Dr.) Billy Osawaru, paid Mrs. Oyiare a visit at the uncompleted building and changed her life for good.

Sister-To-Sister through the CEO, Dr. Mrs. Mary Alile (CAPACITY), made sure she is helped by Chief Dr. Billy Osawaru, the House of Representative Member representing Orhionmwon and Uhunmwonde Federal Constituency who is also serving as the Deputy Chairman, House Committee on Poverty Alleviation.

Mrs. Blessing Oyiare narrated that her husband left for the village where he is struggling to get what to send to her to feed their children.

Within a twinkle of an eye, the narrative has changed for good as Several gifts were presented to her, including a better place where she can live with her kids who were also offered scholarship.
