Kogi State All Progressives Congress APC Governorship Candidate, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo

Ahead of the 2023 Governorship Election in Kogi State, a Support Group, G-100 for Ododo & Joel, has paid a courtesy visit to a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC and the Managing Director, Kogi State Signage and Advertisement Agency, Hon. Osaseyi Richard.

The visit, according to the Coordinator of G-100, Hon. Amona Adelaja, was to formally introduce the Group to Hon. Richard, inform him about their activities, the Group’s growth and her contributions so far towards ensuring victory for the Governorship Candidate of the APC, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and his Deputy, Comr. Joel Salifu Oyibo in the November 11th Election in the State.

Hon. Adelaja explained that the Group is made up of vibrant, committed and Grassroots Politically inclined men and women with good track records, saying that they will go all out to canvass for vote for Ododo/Joel in the coming race.

The Coordinator said the motive behind the name, G-100 is that each member is expected to secure 100 votes from their various Poling Unit for the APC as the Group said 30 was too small for them.

He appreciated Hon. Osaseyi Richard for all he has been doing for the people of Okunland and Kogi State at large, stressing that his impact is well felt by the people of the State.

The Coordinator also applauded Hon. Osaseyi for the love he has for the Party, APC and Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and the measures he is taking at ensuring Ododo/Joel’s victory is secured 100% with no stress come 11th November, 2023.

“Members of G-100 understands that the outcome of this election will go a long way at sustaining the developmental strides of our incumbent Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello CON

“For the purpose of continuity, more dividends of democracy, for a more prosperous and united Kogi State, we all need to vote for Ahmed Usman Ododo and Comr. Joel Salifu Oyibo

“This is why we are out to engage the people at the grassroots. We will not rest on our oars at delivering the Ododo/Oyibo Project which is a true definition of Kogi Agenda

“Canvassers should not relax on WhatsApp group because election is not done there, works should be done physically on the field, the campaign should be done Door-To-Door. More youth and women should be involved as well because they are the real voters” Hon. Adelaja stressed.

Also speaking, a Member of the Group, Comr. Juwon Olorumbe, thanked Hon. Osaseyi Richard for the love, generosity and his availability to give listening ears when ever he is called upon especially on issues involving the Party, APC and Ododo/Joel Candidacy.

Responding, Hon. Osaseyi Richard appreciated the G-100 for Ododo & Joel for coming up with such a fantastic program and also commended the initiator of the Group for his efforts so far.

Hon. Richard charges the Group to make sure the campaign is not just limited to social media alone, but ensure each member of the group is able to fashion out modalities to meet their objectives in their various Poling Unit.

Highlight of the visit was the presentation of a crested Face Cap and T-shirt to Hon. Osaseyi Richard by the Coordinator of G-100 for Ododo & Joel.
