The people of Cross Rivers State have been called upon to be patient with the State Government as plans are underway to complete all necessary road rehabilitation in the State for the improvement of the socioeconomic lives of the people.
The State Governor’s Spokesperson, Hon. Bill Francis Bill, gave the advice while inspecting the Calabar South Roads marked for Renovations.
Hon. Bills assured the residents and Cross Riverians that the workaholic Governor of the State, H.E Senator Bassey Otu, is on the issue, citing the current weather condition as major challenge causing the delay.
“The weather factor has been a cog in the wheel of progress for the road Contractors, as they cannot work on the roads when the rain is falling
“Please, be patient with us. You have a Governor who knows the pains of the people and he will ensure he bring smiles to the faces of everyone” he assured.
