A support Group, Ododo EbIgO Connect, has unveiled her Campaign Office in Lokoja, Kogi State Capital.

The Campaign Office, located at Suit 19, Peace Plaza, Nostalgia Junction, Lokongoma Phase II in Lokoja, was set up in support of the Candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC, Ahmed Usman Ododo for the November 11th Governorship Election in the State.

The Unveiling Ceremony of the Campaign Office saw dignitaries from within and outside the State in attendance, with many showering encomiums on the Director General and Members of the Group for their commitment to the Ododo/Oyibo Project which they described as Kogi Agenda.

Speaking at the Ceremony, the Chairman, Kogi State Security Trust Fund, Hon. Teina Samari Abdulmalik, described the move by the Group as a welcomed development.

Hon. Teina noted that the Ododo/Oyibo Project 2023 is a project that calls for collective efforts towards ensuring that the Party’s Candidate emerge at the coming poll in the State.

He said the incumbent Governor, Yahaya Adoza Bello CON has worked hard especially in the area of security, noting that voting Ododo as the next Governor of the State will bring about continuity.

Hon. Teina promised that he will continue to support the Group within his capacity, stressing that the Group’s Vision at ensuring unity among the entire people of the State for the task ahead, was commendable.

The Director General, Ododo EbIgO Connect, Comr. Abdulganiyu Okaraga Jimoh, in his address, said Unity remain an important tool towards realising greater success in every endeavour.

Comr. Okaraga explained that out of the personal efforts the Group, they were able to set up the Campaign Office to show their support for the APC Governorship Candidate, Ahmed Usman Ododo, pointing out that they will not rest on their oars till he is announced winner of the coming election in the State.

He assured that APC will emerge victorious in the November 11th Governorship Election in Kogi State, calling on all Kogites to support the Party to enable them beat their chest of being part of the winning Team.

In an interview with Hajiya Ramat Molo Aliyu, she commended the DG of Ododo EbIgO Connect for his resilience at showing his full support for the Party, describing the Campaign Office as a beauty to behold.

Hajiya Ramat said the victory of Ododo in the coming election is none negotiable, stressing that the Party supporters will jubilate after the election.

Others at the event from Abuja, Kogi East and representatives of other Groups, commended the incumbent Governor, Yahaya Adoza Bello CON for his various achievements across the three Senatorial Districts of the State, stating that such were premises they will leverage on to campaign for the APC.

They also assured that they will go back to the grassroots to enlighten the people on the need for them to vote for Ododo/Oyibo, adding that victory awaits the Party in the days ahead.

Highlight of the event was the official opening of the Campaign Office which was anchored by Hon. Teina alongside other dignitaries.

EbIgO stands for (Ebira, Igala and Okun), which are the three major tribes in Kogi State.
