In preparation for the November November 11th Governorship Election in Kogi State, a Support Group, Ododo Mandate Supporters Group in Kaduna State, has declared the readiness of her members at ensuring the success of the Ododo/Oyibo mandate in the State.
During the weekly meeting of the Group in Kaduna, the Members expressed their readiness to use their contacts to mobilise more voters to vote for the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC in Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and his Deputy Governorship Candidate, Comr. Joel Salifu Oyibo.
Addressing the gathering, the Chairman of Ododo Mandate Supporters Group in Kaduna State, Ghalib El-Habeeb Onimisi, laid emphasis on the need for all eligible voters that registered for the Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) to go and collect theirs at venues recommended by the Independent National Electoral Commission – INEC, to enable them exercise their franchise.
Onimisi said the task of ensuring Ododo emerge as the next Governor of Kogi State is not just by words, calling on the people who are yet to get their PVC to put their words into action by going for their PVC.
He also acknowledged teamwork, unity and peaceful conducts as important tools during election, calling on the people to remain as an indivisible entity to enable them achieve their goals of ensuring the victory of the All Progressives Congress at the poll.
Similarly, the Coordinator of the Group, Comrade Ishaq Ozomata Akuvada, stressed the need for all Members of the Group to return to their Wards, advising everyone in the diaspora with the interest of Kogi State at heart to be connected with their Wards, campaign and win their Wards for the APC Governorship Candidate, Usman Ododo.
