The National Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress APC, Dr. Mary Alile Idele (CAPACITY) and her Deputy, arrived Bayelsa State in high hope that the Party’s Candidate, H.E Chief Timipre Marlin Silva CON will emerge winner in the November Governorship Election in the State.
Caught on camera alongside other big wigs of the Party, the APC NWL visited the State for the Inauguration Ceremony of the Bayelsa State National Gubernatorial Campaign Council.
Dr. Mary is optimistic that the National body of the Party will set up a Campaign Council that will be made of men/women with proven track records of victory, stressing that the Party awaits celebration in the coming days.
While commending the National Chairman of APC, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje for his efforts so far, she stressed that the National body of the APC are in Bayelsa State for “less talks, more action with quality results”.
Dr. Mary pointed out that the Party’s Candidates are people of integrity, calling on the people of the State to rally round them for more dividends of democracy.
It was another gain for the All Progressives Congress APC as Stalwarts and Members of other Political Parties, numbering over 5000, decamped to the APC to work for the Bayelsa State Governorship Candidate, H.E Chief Timipre Marlin Silva CON and his running mate, Hon. Joshua Maciver.
Nigeria’s electoral umpire, the Independent National Electoral Commission – INEC had earlier scheduled the Governorship Election of Bayelsa State to take place on the 11th of November 2023, a date the APC National Women Leader assured will see the Party’s Candidate cruise to victory.
