Prof. Sulaiman Congratulates Gbajabiamila on his 62nd Birthday
The Director General of National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), Prof. Abubakar O. Sulaiman, has extended his best wishes to the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, on his 62nd birthday.
In a statement released in Abuja on Monday, Prof. Sulaiman praised Gbajabiamila’s steadfast commitment to advancing Nigeria’s legislative processes and democratic governance, describing it as both exemplary and inspiring.
He highlighted the visionary leadership and relentless dedication of Gbajabiamila, the immediate past alternate Chairman of NILDS’s governing council, in promoting legislative excellence. He noted that Gbajabiamila’s contributions have significantly strengthened Nigeria’s democracy and improved the nation.
Throughout his tenure in the National Assembly, Rt. Hon. Gbajabiamila demonstrated a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of the Nigerian people, Prof. Sulaiman said.
“His efforts to enhance legislative transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness are commendable and have set a high standard for public service.
Under his leadership, the House of Representatives made remarkable progress in enacting laws that foster socioeconomic development, safeguard human rights, and promote good governance,” he added.
