Navy Visits Attah Igala Palace, Commends Monarch’s Support

The Attah of Igala, His Royal Majesty Mathew Alaji Opaluwa Oguche Akpa 11, has assured continuous backing for the Navy and other security agencies operating within his domain, praising their fortitude and commitment to serving the nation, thereby fostering peace, unity, and progress.

The paramount ruler of Igala Kingdom disclosed this during a yuletide visit by the commandant Idah Naval Outpost , Commander Nelson Oyagha to his palace in Idah on Wednesday.

According to the traditional ruler , security of lives and properties is paramount in the present dispensation, considering the unabated threats to human existence.

He lauded the Navy high command for sustaining the Idah outpost, that had ensured peace in the entire Igala nation , urging them to sustain the tempo.

Earlier, the commanding officer , Idah Naval Outpost, Commander Nelson Oyagha commended the support of the traditional ruler in the fight against all criminalities in the area and beyond.

He said the visit to the monarch was to access and render stewardship of the newly launched operation “Delta Sign 4” aimed at not only securing the environment, through kinetic measures among others, but to also enhance military civil relationships.

He appreciated the monarch for the supports and cooperation of the people with the men of the Nigerian Navy, stating that it had improved the job of securing the area by the Navy.
