2nd Anniversary: Otuaro Congratulates Speaker Guwor, Assembly Members

Former Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Deacon Kingsley B. Otuaro, has extended congratulations to the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, and all members of the 8th Assembly as they celebrate their second anniversary in office.
