Police arrest 25-year-old Samuel Eze in Anambra with a fresh female breast

In Anambra State, a 25-year-old man named Samuel Eze was arrested on July 6, 2025, for being in possession of a fresh human female breast.

The arrest was made by a Joint Security Team comprising police officers attached to Awada Police Station and Anambra Vigilante operatives during a patrol at Jude Onyekwere Street, Awada, Obosi, Idemili North LGA.

The recovered breast was immediately deposited at a morgue for preservation, and Samuel Eze is currently undergoing interrogation for further investigation and prosecution.

In a related security operation, the Anambra Police also rescued a kidnapped driver on July 4, 2025, at Enugwu Ukwu, Njikoka LGA.

The driver had been abducted by criminals who diverted his truck loaded with custard powder worth ₦9.5 million.

Three suspects—Udegenyi Ugochukwu (38), Anayochukwu Okonkwo (47), and Good Odigili (47)—were arrested in connection with the kidnapping and diversion of goods.

The suspects confessed to tying up the driver in a bush and diverting the goods, which were originally meant for a warehouse in Asaba, Delta State.

The police had also recovered a suspected stolen and abandoned Toyota Sienna vehicle found along Okpuno-Umuota Village road, Obosi, with an inscription indicating it might belong to the Forum of Accountants Delta State.

The police have invited anyone claiming ownership to present valid proof for verification and collection.

The Anambra State Police Command emphasized its commitment to maintaining safety through ongoing joint patrols involving multiple security agencies across the state.
