2027: Again, Nasarawa PDP Teeters on Brink of Collapse as Kokona Stakeholders Align with ADC

In a significant stakeholders meeting held yesterday being Sunday at Gyanchi Hotel, Garaku in Kokona Local Government Area of Nasarawa State a coalition of political parties unanimously adopted the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as their new platform.

The meeting included members from various political parties such as the PDP, APC, SDP, ADC, and NNPP, representing all eleven electoral wards of the council.

This adoption reflects a growing trend where opposition parties are rallying around the ADC as a credible coalition platform to challenge the ruling party and address Nigeria’s political challenges.

This move in Kokona LGA aligns with broader national developments where the ADC is increasingly seen as a strategic vehicle for democratic restoration and opposition unity, with prominent political figures endorsing it for upcoming elections.

The coalition’s adoption of ADC underscores its role as a platform for civic renewal and a tool to return power to the people amid concerns about state capture and governance issues in Nigeria.
