Otuaro hails Ibori as founder of modern Delta

Former Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, has praised Chief James Onanefe Ibori, former Governor of Delta State, for his significant contributions to the political development of the state.

Otuaro described Ibori as a great leader whose exemplary leadership played a pivotal role in shaping the political landscape of Delta State, earning him widespread respect and love for his impactful tenure.

On the occasion of Ibori’s 66th birthday, Otuaro extended warm congratulations and wished him continued success, robust health, and enduring prosperity, joining Ibori’s family, friends, and political allies in the celebration

Otuaro acknowledged that Ibori’s administration laid the groundwork upon which the present Delta was established, noting that the former governor’s influence is still visible in the state’s political architecture.
