1- You must be 15 to 40 years of age
2- Must Possess a Voter’s Card, NIN, and Ethiope West LGA of Origin
3- Must be Ethiope West Indigene and unemployed or able to commit to the Training Fully (Non Civil Servant)
4- Must not have previously benefited from Delta State Empowerment Programs
5- No fees are required to apply
