Lies, Herbert Wigwe’s Father Didn’t Slump at Son’s Burial
Global Times Nigeria has obtained a credible report that Hebert Wigwe’s father, Pastor Shyngle didn’t slumped at the burial of his billionaire son, who died alongside his family members inside plane.
The report has been described as false and urging Nigerians to disregard it.

The statement further warned that Wigwe’s family should be allowed to mourn their dead and not add to the pain with false stories
Pastor Shyngle Wigwe, the father of Herbert, the late Access Bank Holdings did not slump during the funeral of his late son in Isiokpi, Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State.

Vanguard had earlier reported that Wigwe’s father slumped and collapsed which was quickly debunked by the family and police.
The unconfirmed report that Wigwe’s father slumped during his son, daughter-in-law and grandson’s funeral service had caused apprehension in the country.
BusinessDay also reported that there are fears for Shyngle after he was reported to have slumped earlier today.
The newspaper, however, reported that it is unclear whether he survived it as there has been no confirmation of the report by the Wigwe family.
Dismissing the report, the source said: “Even the Senate President (Godswill Akpabio) met and prayed for him.
“The story of Pa Wigwe’s collapse is totally false. We should allow the family to mourn its dead and not add to the pain by writing false stories.”
The funeral service of Herbert Wigwe, his wife, Chizoba, and son, Chizi, was held at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Lion of Judah Parish in his hometown in Rivers before their remains were later interred at a private cemetery within the Wigwe University premises in Isiokpo.

Our correspondent report that their remains, accompanied by a huge motorcade on Friday, March 8, were taken from the Port Harcourt International Airport, Omagwa in Ikwerre Local Government Area, to Wigwe’s father’s compound in Omueke, Isiokpo.
