Reps Halims didn’t disrupt tribunal sitting in Abuja.
…..Says he remain focused, determined to give his people best of legislation.
The National assembly member representing the good people of Ankpa Federal Constituency at the green chamber of the National Assembly and Deputy Majority leader of the house, Rt Hon. Ibrahim Halims is a distinguished seasoned honourable member in the Nigeria House of Representative who has done excellently well in representing the good people of his constituency.

Rep. Halims has presented motions,bills and undertaken oversight functions, Constituency programs and projects and lot more. If anything he must be commended for being a true representative of the good people of Ankpa, Olamaboro and Omala Federal Constituency and by extension,the igala kingdom, Kogi State and Nigeria as a whole.
As we speak, some of the township roads in Ankpa are wearing new look.
The constituency is in constant touch with one form of empowerment program or the other and of recent it is his influence that gained the approval for the establishment of Naval base in Omala Local Government Area of kogi state to curtail the recurring crisis in Bagana and other surrounding villages in the local government area.
It is unfortunate to misconstrue Rt Hon.
Halims and other members of the National Assembly appearance at the tribunal like any other Nigerians to witness the ongoing hearing of Kogi State Governorship election petition for an invasion with thugs. This assertion is so unfair for a distinguished legislator who has done so much in promoting Nigeria democracy.
The imagination of the blogger who insinuated that distinguished Rt. Hon Halims was at the tribunal with person’s suspected to be political thugs is insensitive.
I strongly wish to debunk this assertion and advice those behind it to desist and do a check on the pedigree and personality of Rt Hon.
Halims right from the good old day’s when he was at the Kogi State House of Assembly, his chains of business within and outside kogi state, his first and second term at the green chamber of the national assembly and now,as the Deputy Majority Leader with an accomplishment of successful and adequate representation.
I advice the youths who are in the habit of taking down on leaders to refrain from such habits moreso that one day they could be in positions of authority too.
People should be encouraged to be decent, law abiding, show love and preach it more so that we are in the holy month of festive season for both Muslims and Christians.
