Prof. Abubakar O. Sulaiman, Director General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, has received a Fellowship award from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
During ICSAN’s 48th Annual Conference Dinner and Awards, Professor Sulaiman was recognized alongside two other notable Nigerians with Honorary Fellowship Awards, exploring ‘New Governance Perspectives for Nigeria’s Path to Enduring Development and National Prosperity’.
While presenting the award, Mrs. Funmi Ekundayo, President and Chairman of Council, emphasized that this achievement marks the highest level of professional membership, yet urged recipients to consider it a foundation for further advancement through continuous learning and capacity enhancement.
