Fed. Poly Damaturu gets Ag. Rector as Council Chairman, Balarabe tasks appointee on selfless service

Newly constituted Board of the Federal Polytechnic Damaturu, Yobe State headed by Rt. Honourable Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has approved the appointment of a new Ag. Rector for the institution

The Governing Council of Federal Polytechnic Damaturu, Yobe State has approved the appointment of Dr. Ibrahim Babale Gashua as the new Acting Rector of the institution with a task on him to deliver selfless service.

In a letter signed by the Council’s Chairman Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi indicates that the appointment is for the period of six month commencing from today Friday 9th of August, 2024.

The Chairman Balarabe Abdullahi tasked the new Acting Rector to justify the confidence reposed in him while discharging his duties to move the institution to the greater hight.

Balarabe Abdullahi congratulated the new Acting Rector on his new appointment.

Recalled that Engr. Shettima Umara Ali was the outgone Rector of Federal Polytechnic Damaturu, Yobe State and has handed over to the new Acting Rector Dr. Ibrahim Babale Gashua.
