Femi Owoniyi Stephen (Omoga) have Extended his warmest congratulatory message to the Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural resources, Hon Mohammed Abubakar Bashir Gegu on his reappointed by the incumbent Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello.
