Following the recent resounding victory of the Nasarawa State Governor, Engineer Abdullahi A. Sule at the Supreme Court, the immediate past Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Ibrahim Abdullahi Balarabe has hit back at People’s Democratic Party, PDP, leaders who lied that they have secured the victory of their failed candidate, David Ombugadu at the Supreme Court.
Rt. Hon Balarabe who was present during today Supreme Court proceeding in Abuja between incumbent Governor Abdullahi A. Sule of APC and petitioner, David Ombugadu of PDP expressed gratitude to God for halting impending doom that would have cause havoc in Nasarawa State.
Alhaji Balarabe was addressing a mammoth crowd shortly his arrival from Abuja to Umaisha district, his country home.
He said the resounding victory by the Supreme Court has finally buried lies and deceit being perpetuated by some elements who never wants peace, progress and development of Nasarawa State.
He thanked the people of Toto LG for keeping faith with APC and warmest reception accorded him and his team, promised to continue to be with them.
According to him, Ombugadu, Arc. Ja’afar and other PDP leaders are now subject of ridicule, they’re now licking their wounds.
The 3 times lawmaker and 3 times Speaker said their lies have been buried today by the Supreme Court Judgement.
The Toto LG political leader who represented the good people of Umaisha/Ugya state constituency paid homage to Ohemegye Opanda, Umaisha Development Area and Chairman Toto LG traditional council of chiefs, HRH. Alhaji Abdullahi Usman at his place on Friday, in company of Toto LGC Executive Chairman, Hon Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas, Vice Chairman, Hon Abubakar Haruna Kwanakis, Party Chairman and it’s excos and supporters among others.
The former Speaker said despite the sponsored naked dance by some hired women in different shrines, Lafia and Abuja axis, the PDP and its candidate were not spared of their failure, simply because the APC depend on Almighty Allah to survive.

“Arc. Ja’afar have spent over 3 years in the National Assembly with nothing to write home about, the man has shame at all, he only only how to dashe out lies, he even said he want to become Governor., is that how a good politician behave?
“When they met in Sofiyo they said they have secured victory at Supreme Court against the workaholic governor, Abdullahi A. Sule but in reality they’ve been put to shame today. ”
The former speaker said Arc. Ja’afar is a political novice, advising the former federal lawmaker to go back and learn how politics is done.

On the two state lawmakers from Toto LG, the former Speaker, said light and darkness doesn’t move together, he said very soon they will start regretting their offices, because they have sold out many lies. They would also distance themselves from their constituencies because the constituents will asked them about the empty promises they made during electioneering campaign process.
He said with the victory of Engineer Sule, God has done it for APC in Nigeria, Nasarawa and Toto LG, calling on supporters to redouble their efforts in supporting governing APC even as he assured that opposition will never win any electoral office again.
He said he came down to celebrate the Governor’s victory with his people.
Alhaji Balarabe since his arrival been playing host to different political groups within and outside Umaisha town.
