The Nasarawa State Independent Electoral Commission’s publication of the 2024 electoral guidelines has prompted interested parties to reevaluate their approaches, prioritizing grassroots engagement to garner support crucial for electoral triumphs.
The All Progressives Congress stakeholders in Gurku/Kabusu Ward, Karu Local Government Area, have given their seal of approval to Prince Abdulmalik Abubakar Gurku to represent them at the council
The stakeholders, in announcing their endorsement, declared that the young Prince has demonstrated his capabilities, having been thoroughly vetted and proven, thereby earning their support.
Reports indicate that Prince Abdulmalik Abubakar Gurku, aspiring councilor for Gurku/Kabusu Electoral Ward in Karu Local Government, has disbursed N2,000 each to 10 students enrolled in various tertiary institutions to alleviate their financial hardship.
According to him, this demonstrates his unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality leadership that positively impacts area residents.
He promised to adopt an inclusive and transparent leadership style if elected to the councilor position.
Recall that at the SIEC stakeholders meeting with IPAC held in Lafia, the Party’s primary elections were slated for October 11th, while the main election is scheduled for November 2nd.
