Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress APC in Kogi State Hon. Muhammed U Muhammed, has received the prestigious Chartered Fellowship Award by International Association of World Peace Advocates (United Nations Peace Volunteers).
Hon. Muhammed recently received the Award alongside other Nigerians in recognition of his exceptional contributions to peace building, youth development and Community Leadership.
The APC Youth Leader in his reaction appreciated the UN Peace Volunteers for finding him worthy of the prestigious honor.
He noted that the importance of peace cannot be overemphasized in a given society, pointing out that progress and all development can only be achieved in the atmosphere of peace.
Hon. Muhammed U Muhammed said the Award is a call to contribute more to the Society, adding that to whom much is given, much is expected.
The Kogi APC Youth Leader called on youth in the State and the Country at large to embrace peace, preach peace and seek for peaceful resolutions at all times.
