Protocols
Permit me to welcome our youths in Kogi State to this all important engagement summit geared towards improving the well-being and transformation of our Youth.
Permit me to State that we in Kogi are proud with the several steps aimed at repositioning the minds of our Youths.
In all ramifications, economic, health, empowerment and in other ecosystem time will not allow me to mention, the Youths of the State under the present administration have had their fair share.
This engagement therefore is another game changer as I’m optimistic that a new frontier that will broaden the horizon of our youth to face life’s pursuit and challenges.
Kogi NYCN begs Nigerian youths to shun Planned protest against Tinubu
While I commented the Kogi State Government, under the leadership of Gov Usman Ahmed Ododo for his deliberate efforts in making our youth, true leaders of tomorrow, it is my avowed commitment that the Youths of the State will continue to be responsible and responsive to the Clarion call to be better and informed youths
While we will continue to partner with the State Government to shun all negative vices and any call that is anti democratic, we once again distance ourselves from any planned anti democratic and government protest.
As we continue with our positive engagement our appeal is for:
(1) More gainful employment for our youths.
(2) More Appointment for our youths
(3) More sustained empowerment for our youths
(4) The need for mobility for the State Council Chairman and members to enhance mobility and monitoring of youth activities across the State remains very important.
Once again, I welcome us all to this engagement summit geared towards making the State Youths the envy of Youths in Nigeria.
Thank you for this opportunity.
Comr. Benjamin Jerry
State Chairman,
National Youth Council of Nigeria.
