Land Dispute: Andrew Lucky Elerewe Accused of Land Grabbing in Abuja
Allegations have surfaced against Andrew Lucky Elerewe, Managing Director of Aiben Properties Ltd, also operating under the name Aiben Kapital Properties, and Mr. Tunde Ajunwo, regarding their involvement in a serious land grabbing and property destruction incident in Sabon Lugbe, FCT, Abuja.
The reported allegation stated that, despite a valid court judgment and a warrant of possession issued by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court, Elerewe and Ajunwo, accompanied by police officers, forcibly entered and demolished properties on the disputed land, located at Plot 1994, Sabon Lugbe East, Abuja.
