A petition has been submitted by the Otien family of Edjeba community in Warri South Local government of Delta to the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kayode Egbetokun, alleging malicious property damage, conduct likely to cause a serious breach of peace, and the possibility of community crisis and fatalities, reportedly carried out by members of the Ukri Family and Ajidi Family of Edjeba Community in Warri South Local Area of Delta State.

In a well-detailed petition by Ikhide Ehighelua & Co, legal practitioners duly retained by the Otien family of Edjeba community, Warri South Local Government Area, Delta State, do hereby submit this petition under the instructions of our clients.

This petition is brought forth to seek redress and justice under applicable laws and fundamental rights.

Investigation carried out by the correspondent uncovered that some deviants of the Otien family, comprising the Ukri family and the Ajidi family, conspired in collusion to sell a parcel of land measuring 10 Acres situated at Odjewhruwhru in Edjeba community, Warri South Local Government, belonging to their clients.

The transaction was marred by certain vitiating elements, and the purchaser, Mrs. Justina Nwasom Nwabe, could not access the land, prompting her to demand a refund. When Mrs. Justina Nwasom Nwabe consistently demanded reimbursement from those who received payment from her, they refused to acknowledge her claims.

Those who received payment from her are, Sunny Omovie, Francis Ikpuri, and Benson Edjemudaroh

Sunny Omovie Francis Ikpuri and Benson Edjemudaro are identified as the deviant family members involved in the alleged land grabbing and collusion with a bullylord.

The same suspicious individuals within the family, specifically Sunny, Francis, and Benson, later recruited a local figure known for land grabbing in Warri and surrounding areas to intimidate fellow family members by employing thugs to dismantle all survey pillars erected by the Otien family of Edjeba.

The dispute continued until the Otien family repaid the 50m.

The same parties then retained the services of a BullyLord land grabber in Warri and the surrounding areas to intimidate members of the Otien family.

This action aimed to facilitate the sale of the land to a buyer from the riverside for 2 billion.

The Otien family humbly appeals to the Inspector General of Police through a petition to assist in protecting the property and lives of the Otien family members in Warri.

The dispute continued until the Otien family repaid the 50m.

The same parties then retained the services of a notorious land grabber in Warri and the surrounding areas to intimidate members of the Otien family.

This action aimed to facilitate the sale of the land to a buyer from the riverside for 2 billion.

The BullyLord individual and his accomplices hired thugs from nearby local government areas, specifically the Ekpan community, to harass and harm Otien family members who came near the land.

The thugs have destroyed every survey pillar erected by the family on the land.
