May Day; FHA Boss Unveils Digitisation Drive.
Promises To Revolutionize Land Management.

The Managing Director, Chief Executive officer CEO, Federal Housing Authority FHA, Hon Oyetunde Oladimeji Ojo said it is migrating to digitisation template to curb corruption, double/wrong allocations of land, sharp practices, to enhance efficiency, competitiveness and relevance in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Ojo revealed this on Wednesday to mark the commencement of digitisation drive of the activities of the agency, two decades after it was muted in 2004.
Two months in office, the FHA Boss maintained the desire for a seamless, easier , efficient, competitive,and to remain relevant cannot be over
emphasized.

He stated that the move is a transformative journey, revolutionary and a significant milestone to the development of housing in Nigeria.
“In an evolving digital world, the FHA is proud to be in the community of an agency that take the housing department to a digital era, through a modernized, streamlined, revolutionised and better served.” Ojo stated.
“In that vein, we have chosen a symbolic day, May 1 , the workers day to launch the digitisation drive program.”
“The digitisation drive exercise is starting with our internal processes and will gradually spread to our external processes involving interfacing with the public.”
The Managing Director stated that this is inline with providing shelter to ordinary Nigerians and the people in the diaspora, stating that with digitisation, the confidence to invest and monitor investment will not be an issue.
He pledged for continuous collaboration, improvement, change and to bring new ideas that is visionary under the current new FHA geared towards providing housing for all across the country.
Highlights of the occasion included the launch of the digitisation drive by the Managing Director, Chief Executive officer CEO, Federal Housing Authority FHA along with his management team.
