Nollywood Actress Morenike Alausa Says Her Late Husband Cheated on Her
A renowned Nollywood Actress Morenike Alausa, also known as Mama Ereko, revealed that her late husband would sleep with his mistresses in her presence. In an interview with Talk2Dunnis TV, the veteran Nollywood actress also explained why she never remarried after her husband’s death, saying she wanted to maintain her youthful appearance.
She believes that the stress, physical, emotional, and sexual demands of marriage can make women age faster.
Mama Ereko, 79, said, “If I had remarried, you wouldn’t be admiring my elegant and beautiful look at my age”. She also stated that she no longer needs a man because she has become like a man herself, and she cannot remember what it feels like to have sex anymore.
The actress made this known while speaking about the emotional abuse she experienced in her marriage.
Speaking in a recent interview with Talk2dunnis TV on YouTube, Mama Ereko explained that she had to bear with his infidelity because she was afraid of him.
She recalled being sent on errands to accommodate her husband’s mistresses, who would often spend the night in their home.
She said, “Sometimes my husband will send me on an errand because his girlfriends wanted to visit him in our house.
“He used to bring them home to sleep over. He would sleep with them in my presence. I usually get angry, but I can’t challenge him because I was always afraid of him.”
