Oromoni salutes Delta Speaker, Guwor on birth anniversary
The Chairman of Warri South-West Local Government Council, Hon. Sylvester Oromoni has congratulated Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor on his birth anniversary.
